Why Magnora exists
People believe the top of a company is the most crowded seat. It is the loneliest.
I spent 25 years in the field on the Africa-Europe corridor, opening markets, up to the general management of a group. I have been a CEO. And I learnt that this role is one of the hardest there is. You sit between a board expecting results, an executive committee expecting decisions, teams expecting a direction. For an owner who runs the business, the faces are different: the banker, payroll on the 25th, the suppliers, a family who believes everything is fine. The loneliness is the same. Everyone talks to you. But each from their own seat, with their own stakes.
I know what it is like to stay at the office after the teams have left, the figures open in front of you, with a question you can ask no one. On those evenings, you are not looking for a motivational speech. You are looking for an outside eye that understands fast and tells the truth. The market did not offer that eye: theory, not field experience. What I lacked was neither courage nor work. It was someone who could see what I could no longer see.
That is the conclusion I drew from those years: what leaders lack is almost never work or intelligence. You already put in twelve-hour days. You built your business. What is missing is an ally who shows the invisible: what the accounts do not say, what dissolves inside the processes, what gets lost in decisions taken without visibility.
So I built what I had lacked: an outside eye at the leader's side, at the moment it matters. I called that outside eye Magnora. Not to sell yet another method: to pass on what the field taught me, through quantified, documented support that produces decisions.
I am not a firm. I am an operator: I have led, structured and opened markets, including at the head of a company of more than one hundred people. I work with your figures as they are, even a late balance sheet, even margins scattered across three files. My entry fee is flat, the same for everyone, quoted upfront, before you commit. My guarantee is in writing. And I tell you what I observe, in figures.
If you run an SME whose revenue grows while the result stagnates, you already know what the invisible costs. Almost all the leaders I meet arrive with figures in disarray and accounts still waiting to be closed. You may have no one to whom you can show your real figures without feeling judged. That is exactly why Magnora exists.
My commitment comes down to two sentences. I tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear, in black and white. And as long as we work together, you are no longer alone at the top.
I see what you can no longer see. I do not ask you to believe me: I show you, in figures.

How I work
Three principles, each one verifiable in the way I work.
Integrity
If your problem is not within my scope, I tell you before we work together. No pointless engagement, no forced advice. The Mirror Guarantee is that principle put in writing.
Honesty
I face your figures head-on. I do not embellish them, I do not dramatise them: I give them back to you as they are, with what they imply.
Authenticity
I do not play a role. I say what I observe, plainly. If that frankness does not suit you, we will not work together. If it does, we will move fast.
A concrete example
A real case, anonymised. The founder of a growing African coffee brand was preparing her move to international markets. Revenue was rising, so was brand awareness, but processes and resources were not keeping up: each new market would have enlarged the leaks instead of enlarging the profit. The work began with a quantified mapping of what was leaking and what was missing, before any market opening.
